MEMBERSHIP
General Information

As stated in the By-Laws of the International Windsprite Club, membership is open to all persons who subscribe to the purposes of this club. Membership is unrestricted as to residence.

All Memberships run through December 31.

INDIVIDUAL membership: Open to persons 18 years of age and older. Entitles member to all the privileges of the club including voting and holding office.

FAMILY membership: Open to all persons 10 years of age and older residing at the same address. Two members 18 years of age and older are entitled to all the privileges of individual membership status. Those members 10-17 years of age cannot vote or hold office but may convert to individual membership status upon reaching their 18^th birthday.

JUNIOR membership: Open to all persons 10-17 years of age. Junior members cannot vote or hold office, but may convert to regular membership upon reaching their 18^th birthday by filling out an Individual membership application and paying their dues.

HONORARY Membership: Open to such persons as shall be elected by a ¾ majority of the IWC Board. This membership will be for life. There will be no dues.

All members will receive 10% discount on show entries and IWC product purchases, and will be eligible for various year-end and show special awards. Members are entitled to free Breeders Directory, Litter Announcements, and Stud Dog listings on our website. Dues new members and renewal memberships shall be:

$20.00 per year for an Individual membership ($10 after 1 July)

$30.00 per year for a Family membership ($15 after 1 July)

$10.00 per year for a Junior membership ($5 after 1 July)

We are now also offering a 3 year renewal option:

$54 Individual 3 year membership 3 years (regular dues discounted 10%)

$81 Family 3 year membership 3 years (regular dues discounted 10%)

Junior membership - no 3 year option because of age factor

*NEW puppy buyers and adopters are eligible for a FREE first year membership.*

All Memberships run through December 31.

FINAL DEADLINE FOR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL IS JANUARY 31, 2024.

After that date, membership will lapse and reapplication will be necessary!

INSTRUCTIONS TO NEW APPLICANTS:

Complete both pages 1 & 2 of 'New Membership Application', sign and send to the IWC with dues payment. Forward page 3 to one endorser, who must be a member in good standing of the International Windsprite Club. Payment and endorsement must be received before application will be processed.

New application forms may be submitted to the IWC online, by USPS mail, or as an email attachment ("E-signatures" are acceptable). If emailed, please save the form under a new name, such as: application [your name].

RENEWALS: Renewals must be submitted to the IWC online.

PAYMENT FOR NEW APPLICANTS OR RENEWALS may be made by PayPal, Venmo, or by check

PayPal payments should be sent to Treasurer4IWC@gmail.com, or may be made via the link on the online forms when form is submitted.

Checks should be payable to “IWC” in US$, and should be sent to:
